Addressable unit ADC-4001M Type: Addressable line element Purpose: The addressable unit ADC-4001 works on detector lines/loops of POLON 4000 control panels. It is designed to transfer the information from a side line (conventional), connected to the unit and the conventional of series 30 or 40 detection elements installed on this line. The addressable unit ADC-4001 enable also: - connection of an intrinsically safe detectors through safety barrier for zone with explosion hazard; - connecting of the DOP-40 Beam Smoke Detector to addressable - loop detector line; - connecting of the additional untypical fire protection equipment (for example gas detectors, cable detectors), and also to make possible of creating the hierarchical systems for smaller satellite control panel.
