ADC-4001M Addressable Unit
The ADC-4001M is an addressable line element designed for use in detector lines/loops of POLON 4000 series fire alarm control panels. It is intended to transfer information from a side (conventional) line connected to the unit, as well as from conventional detection elements of series 30 or 40 installed on this line.
The ADC-4001M also enables:
Cooperation: Compatible with fire alarm control panels POLON 4200, POLON 4800, POLON 4900, and POLON 4500.
Certificate: CNBOP 1438/CPD/0069

The ADC-4001M is equipped with an internal short-circuit isolator. Activation of the isolator is indicated by yellow flashes of its LED. The unit supports six operation modes, allowing optimization of current consumption from the addressable detector line. The operation mode is set during programming. Modes 1, 2, and 3 allow connection of various numbers of conventional detectors of series 30 or 40, depending on current consumption. Mode 4 allows connection of potential-free contacts for information or control purposes. Mode 5 allows connection of the DOP-40 Beam Smoke Detector. In this case, no end-of-line resistor is used. The address coding of the adapter is performed automatically from the control panel and stored in its non-volatile memory.
