Universal heat detector TUN-38Ex
The TUN-38Ex is a universal, intrinsically safe heat detector designed for fire hazard detection in rooms where a significant increase or rapid rise in temperature can be expected during the initial phase of a fire or due to other reasons. It can be programmed to operate as a rate-of-rise or fixed/rate-of-rise heat detector and is suitable for use in areas with explosion hazards.
This detector can be used in conventional fire alarm systems such as IGNIS 1000, as well as in addressable systems like POLON 4000 via addressable units ADC-4001M. The TUN-38Ex is certified according to CNBOP 1987/2005 and KDB 04ATEX170X, and meets the requirements of EN 54-5.

The TUN-38Ex features a black enclosure and can be installed in hazardous areas with the appropriate intrinsically safe barriers or separators. It does not require additional mounting sockets and provides easy access to the terminal block for wiring and class configuration. For additional optical signaling, indicators such as WZ-31 can be connected if installed in hard-to-reach places.
