The RP501S set includes a four-channel receiver (RP501R) and a four-channel transmitter (RP501T). This product offers outstanding sensitivity and selectivity, fully compliant with the latest EU standards for SRD (Short Range Devices) remote control products. It is ideal for remote control and security system applications, providing four-channel data paging.
The set features microprocessor-controlled input/output logic with 64-bit signal coding, ensuring secure and reliable operation. With 20cm wire aerials, the operating range reaches up to 500 meters in open field conditions. An even greater range can be achieved by connecting a dipole UHF band TV antenna with a coaxial cable to the receiver. One receiver can operate with multiple transmitters within a system.
The transmitter can be powered by a 12VDC supply or, thanks to its low power consumption, by 2 x 1.5V AA batteries. The receiver is powered by 12VDC and features four programmable NO/NC relay outputs. Output S (open collector type) is available for connecting external signaling devices. The receiver also includes a TAMPER switch and a bicolor LED for programming and output status indication.
The RP501S offers four operation modes: (1) Real-time paging, where the transmitter's signal lasts as long as one of its inputs remains open; (2) Prolonged pulse paging (recommended for alarm systems), lasting 15s or 40s (selectable) even for very short input openings; (3) Relay paging, where every change of the transmitter's input state is signaled and the corresponding receiver relay output is activated in the same way; (4) Modified relay paging, where the transmitter sends signals on every input state change and also refreshes data every 80 seconds to update receiver outputs, providing protection in case of power supply failure or radio interference.
