Purpose:
The PO-62 manual call point is designed for manual activation of smoke flaps in fire safety systems. It is suitable for both on-plaster and in-plaster indoor installation. The PO-62 model features a FIRE signal and is equipped with a reset switch for easy system reset after activation.
There are three types of manual call points in this series:
- PO-61: Manual call point with FIRE signaling (flap activated)
- PO-62: Manual call point with FIRE signaling and equipped with a reset switch
- PO-63: Manual call point with FIRE, OK (ready-state), FAULT signaling, and equipped with a reset switch
Operation:
The manual call points operate with the UCS-4000 system. Activation is performed by pressing or striking the glass cover, which grants access to the activation switch. Pressing the button sends a signal to the smoke flap control panel. The PO-62 and PO-63 models are equipped with a reset switch, allowing the servo motor of the flap to return to its ready position. Resetting is performed with a special key.
