ROP-63 Manual Call Point
The ROP-63 is a conventional manual call point designed for indoor use, allowing individuals to manually trigger a fire alarm in case of emergency. It is equipped with a non-breakable, multi-use plastic glass for repeated operation. The device is intended for in-plaster wall mounting, but can also be installed on-plaster using a special mounting frame. ROP-63 manual call points are typically installed in detection lines of the IGNIS 1000 conventional system.
This call point operates by switching contacts after a strong impact on the protective glass and pressing the button. The protective glass bounces upward upon impact, allowing the button to be pressed. The device does not contain electronic circuitry and does not provide feedback signaling to the control panel. It is supplied with a 1 kΩ resistor for compatibility with IGNIS 1000 systems.
