Purpose:
The DOR-40 universal, optical smoke detector is designed for detection of visible smoke, concomitant with most of fires. It enables detection of fire at the beginning stage, when material starts burn, i.e. a long time before the moment when open flame appears and temperature is high.
The DOR-40 detector is designed for working in rooms inside buildings, in which, under normal conditions, no smoke, dust and condensing of steam is present. Due to self-compensation of environmental changes, the DOR-40 optical smoke detector offers improved resistance for pressure and temperature changes.
Co-operation:
The DOR-40 smoke detector can operate in conventional fire alarm system IGNIS 1000, as well as in addressable system POLON 4000 on side line of addressable units ADC-4001M.
