The EWK-4001 features eight independent control inputs, each available on terminal blocks. When a monitored contact (NO or NC, selectable) changes state, the device sends a technical alarm signal to the control panel, indicating the specific input that changed. Alarm status is indicated by red LED flashes inside the unit. The device is equipped with an internal short-circuit isolator. Address coding is performed automatically from the control panel and stored in non-volatile memory.
