The VHD-15 repeater is designed to amplify video signals transmitted via twisted-pair or coaxial cable, enabling high-resolution video transmission of AHD, HD-CVI, and HD-TVI signals over long distances.
A single repeater allows for the correction of attenuation for approximately 150 meters of UTP cable and approximately 300 to 500 meters of coaxial cable, depending on the type of cable used. Using a single repeater ensures good image quality for twisted-pair cable at distances up to 300 meters. For distances up to 450 meters, two repeaters are required, and for up to 600 meters, three repeaters should be used. For coaxial cable, these distances will be correspondingly longer depending on the cable type.
