The TSV-1000P Video Separator is designed as an additional security device for CCTV installations, providing protection for cameras and other equipment against:

- Voltage differences and surges between devices
- Electric currents in video signal cables
This device eliminates signal disturbances that may occur during signal transmission over distances of several hundred meters.

Figure 1 shows an example of the SV-1000P video separator connection diagram. It allows you to eliminate signal disturbances caused by voltage differences between the camera ground and the monitor ground. The resulting voltage difference can add to the useful signal voltage, causing low-frequency disturbances (e.g., slowly vertically moving black bars). To fully protect all devices connected to the transmission line against lightning discharges, the connection diagram in Figure 2 is recommended:
